Toad Suck Daze 2011

Well, we are now officially Conway citizens--we attended our first Toad Suck Daze last weekend. We took Crosby when the festival first began on Friday afternoon, and we all (Chris, Dozzie, Crosby and I) had a great time. Here are some of the highlights via pictures...

Crosby did well starting off in the stroller, but once he tasted freedom...

he was hard to catch! He's such a busy boy these days.

Crosby went on his first pony ride. Crosby had fun saying "Neigh!" while watching the ponies before his ride, but I'm not sure that he liked the actual ride so much. After the first lap around, he said "Off" and "All done" while making the sign for 'all done.' Chris coaxed him into taking a couple more laps before taking him off. :)

Watching the chickens and other animals at the petting zoo.

"Thank you!" Crosby now says this whenever he gives or receives something...
such good manners.

Watching the kids magic show.

Still on the move.

The best view of Toad Suck!

He didn't actually race a toad this year, but I wouldn't be surprised if
there are a few toad races in this boy's future.

"I'm outta here!"

What a cute toad. :)

I just had to include this hilarious picture. Crosby is really into shoes these days. He got his "dressy" sandals out of his closet and was attempting to put them on over his footed pajamas, so I helped him out. It looks like an outfit Chris would have put him in! (See earlier blog post) :) Crosby also has fun trying to put on our big shoes now, too.
